FOCUS: Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month 2012

September 15 through October 15, 2012 marks the 5th annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration in Greater Cincinnati. During this month-long celebration, Hispanics Avanzando Hispanics, as well as, other local organizations and leaders have planned celebratory and educational events around the tri-state. These events include: Opening Night on Fountain Square, Cincinnati Symphony Latin Night, and Cincinnati Reds HHM day.

On this episode of Focus, Kathy Lehr talks with Neil Comber and Maria Molina about how these planned festivities are expected to increase community awareness and acknowledgement of the contributions that Hispanics are making in Greater Cincinnati.
