FOCUS - Cincinnati Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center

Seven hundred people in the Greater Cincinnati area are currently living with Sickle Cell disease.


Kathy Lehr talks with Dr. Clinton H. Joiner about the research that is being performed at the Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center within the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. During the episode, he will explain why Cincinnati Children's is one of the nation's leaders in research and treatment of sickle cell disease.
