FOCUS - Cincinnati Works

With over five hundred job placements annually, Cincinnati Works provides unemployed and underemployed people with the resources to obtain and retain employment.

Founded by David Phillips and his wife, Liane, Cincinnati Works helps willing and capable, yet impoverished, people in achieving economic self-sufficiency through employment.

Their services range from Behavioral Counseling; Legal Advocacy; Spiritual Support; Childcare Resources; and Transportation Assistance. Best of all, 84% of their clients retain employment after being placed by Cincinnati Works.

On this episode of Focus, Kathy Lehr talks with Peggy Zink and Liane Phillips about how this organization is putting people to work right here in Greater Cincinnati.
