Clermont Northeastern Schools Superintendent Neil Leist explains how he was able to acquire three million dollars worth of computers, laptops, desks, office supplies -- even a snow plow truck -- into his cash-strapped district.



Mr. Leist shares his techniques in a new book called ''Superintendent Savings Strategies.''
