FOCUS - Visionaries and Voices 2011

Supporting more than 130 artists, the Visionaries and Voices Studio Program offers artists with disabilities creative opportunities and the materials needed to make great art. The program also provides a professional studio environment for artists to create, collaborate, learn and grow both professionally and personally in a variety of media including drawing, painting, ceramics, wood, fiber arts, printmaking, and photography. They also conduct outreach services for artists who are unable to visit the studios in person.

In addition, Visionaries and Voices allows these artists to exhibit and sell their art works in their Northside Gallery and Tri-County Corner Gallery.

On this episode of Focus, Kathy Lehr learns what extensive services Visionaries and Voices provides and how the organization is impacting the lives of people with disabilities.
