Civil rights activist Marian Spencer talks about the work undertaken to integrate the public schools in Cincinnati in the 1950s and 1960s. She also explains how schools are even more segregated today and the need for diversity in all areas of life. Mrs. Spencer also talks about the importance of education in her life and how her father worked to open the schools in her hometown to children of all colors.
